About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Financial Services Manager to join our team in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive range of financial services and analytics to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day financial and accounting operations, with a focus on client reporting requirements at local and regional levels.
- Monitor and ensure efficient use of accounting resources to contribute to revenue and profit objectives.
- Analyze operational data across clients' property portfolios and interface with country teams to complete benchmarking and analytical projects.
- Coordinate team workflows, consolidated reporting, and communication with clients (such as monthly financial reporting).
- Support client-side finance teams with regular reporting and addressing queries/information requests.
- Collaborate with JLL Regional Finance teams to communicate clear timelines, ownership, objectives, and guidelines of account financials.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
- At least 2-3 years' experience in a similar position (working with regional teams and clients).
- Experience in Finance/Accounting with minimum 5 years of Property Accounting experience.
- Motivated, positive, and flexible approach to work, with ability to develop others.
- Proactive in identifying issues and potential solutions.
- Ability to learn quickly and desire to develop.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Estimated Salary:
$100,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
