Candidate Profile

We seek a well-spoken, confident, numerically adept, and personable individual who embraces the challenges and responsibilities of a career as an actuarial consultant within our expanding Asia Life Insurance Practice. Specifically, we are looking for candidates who possess:

  • A strong intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn and adapt;
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all organizational levels, even under tight deadlines;
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in the life actuarial sector;
  • Proficient modeling skills, with at least 2 years of experience using actuarial software such as Prophet;
  • A solid academic background;
  • Practical experience in executing life insurance projects within the Asia Pacific region;
  • Familiarity with the Indian life insurance market to support our clients in that area;
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
