Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Deputy General Manager - Property Management Services on all routine work and ad hoc tasks, ensuring timely reports as the first delegate.
- Coordinate and monitor property management for all Hong Kong portfolios at the head quarter level, complying with company values and policies.
- Monitor and deliver company policies and market good practices to site-in-charges and staff on various day-to-day operations and reporting, adhering to the Property Management Services Ordinance (Cap.626).
- Justify variance, fund transfer, and unbudgeted expenses of both budgeted and non-budgeted expenses for OPEX and CAPEX.
- Coordinate among different departments on matters related to Property Management Services, including Corporate Communication, Finance, Finance Policy and Assurance, Administration, Human Resources, etc.
- Periodically review Standard Operating Procedures, including Operational Manual and Working Instructions, related to property management aspects, proposing updates according to changes in statutory requirements and code of practice.
- Work as a team to achieve departmental KPIs and assigned work tasks.
