Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting and reviewing commercial agreements
  • Providing legal support to other departments
  • Assisting in ad hoc projects and assignments

You will also review business documents to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements
  • Degree Holder in LLB from HK or overseas
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • At least 5 years of experience in the legal field, preferably gained from FMCG/Food Production industry
  • Relevant experience in drafting and preparation of contracts is preferred
