Your primary responsibility will be to provide 1st/2nd level support to all Front Office, real-time trading and market data systems. This includes:

  • Supporting all Trading Platforms offered to both internal and external client base
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge of trading front end systems
  • Collaborating with technology department and business groups to ensure effective communication
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation

You will need to possess:

  • At least 2 years' experience working with front end systems and administration tools
  • Strong understanding of Global exchanges such as ICE, CME, Eurex, etc.
  • Proficiency in database queries and excel for Compliance audits and management reporting
  • Regulated environment experience and knowledge of associated risk and compliance requirements
