In this key role, you will provide administrative support for corporate actions such as mergers, acquisitions, financing, and restructuring. Drafting board resolutions, maintaining proper documentation, and liaising with external advisors as needed are essential responsibilities.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to uphold best practices in corporate governance and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Maintaining corporate records, handling governance matters, and ensuring timely and accurate filings with regulators such as ACRA are critical components of this role.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Corporate Governance & Compliance: Ensure that Aspire complies with the Singapore Companies Act and other regulatory requirements.
  • Board Administration: Organize, attend, and record minutes for Board and shareholder meetings.
  • Corporate Records Management: Maintain and secure company documents, including constitutional documents, meeting minutes, and resolutions of Aspire Group.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Filings: Ensure timely and accurate filings with ACRA and other regulatory bodies.

A Bachelor's Degree with at least 8 years of work experience in a company secretary/corporate secretarial role is required. Strong understanding of the Singapore Companies Act and corporate governance requirements is necessary. Attention to detail and well-organized approach with strong organizational skills is also essential.
