About the Job:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Sourcing Professional to join our team at Besteam Personnel Consultancy Limited.

Job Summary:

  • Sourcing and recruiting top talent for various positions within the company.

  • Preparing and submitting tenders, submissions, and contracts in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Managing and maintaining accurate records of orders, shipments, and other relevant documentation.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general sourcing duties as required by the Manager.

  • Prepare and ensure that all documents related to tender, submission, awarding of contracts, and shipments are correct and complete.

  • Follow up on orders and handle various types of documents.

  • Effectively communicate with Quality, Admin, and Supply Chain Management team members.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder from an accredited institution.

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

  • Proficiency in PC applications, including Chinese word-processing.

  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
