Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Financial Engineering, Statistics, or Computer Science
  • 1-2 years of experience in quantitative trading or related field
  • Previous experience in quantitative research or algorithmic trading preferred
  • Proficiency in Python programming
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems using quantitative models and methods
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin) for good communication
