Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Back Office Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out daily settlement transactions, including deal matching and stock reconciliation.
  • Manage and supervise daily back office activities, ensuring efficient and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Perform SI instructions and implement effective internal controls to minimize risk exposure.
  • Support ad-hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the brokerage industry.
  • Familiarity with relevant compliance rules and regulations, including CCASS and DCASS.
  • Strong PC skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
