Job Description:

User Experience Overview

We are seeking an experienced User Experience (UX) designer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a passion for user-centered design and a proven track record of creating innovative, intuitive experiences that drive business results.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop user experience strategies that meet business objectives and exceed user expectations.
  • Create user personas, journeys, and scenarios to inform design decisions.
  • Analyze research findings and create data-driven design recommendations.
  • Design and prototype high-fidelity wireframes and clickable prototypes to test hypotheses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement design solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design.

Requirements:

  • At least 4-5 years of experience in UX design for consumer products across multiple platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in UX methods such as heuristic evaluation, stakeholder interviews, multivariate testing, and more.
  • Ability to apply usability principles, web and mobile standards, and UI patterns effectively.
  • Prior experience in digital entertainment or online video platform is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
  • Self-motivated, passionate, responsible, and good team player.

Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
