Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Digital Solution to lead our digital projects across East Asia countries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, data management, and analytics, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Assist the Team Lead in planning, organizing, and coordinating digital projects;
  • Promote digital projects across East Asia countries, drive user adoption and monitor project progress;
  • Conduct briefing or training on digital products for end-users;
  • Create user manuals, release notes and knowledge base articles/flyers;
  • Lead data governance efforts across Marketing & Commercial Division of East Asia countries and evangelizing data-driven;
  • Provide analytical insights based on the Looks and Dashboards;
  • Design and manage the web portal, create posts at internal platforms;
  • Market research on specific topics;
  • Agreement T&C review and data validation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree holder in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or Digital Media;
  • Minimum 5 years' of experience in Business Analysis;
  • Proficient PC skills including MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
  • Strong expertise in data management, analytics, and visualization tools eg. Looker/Looker Studio, Power BI etc.;
  • Experience in writing clean, maintainable, and secure code and SQL;
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to change and new technologies;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with local teams and overseas.
