Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to the service team, consisting of 8 service engineers/technicians. They will oversee and coordinate the team's troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of medical equipment and products. This includes supervising the installation, servicing, and testing of our range of medical devices in hospitals, healthcare centers, and elderly facilities across Hong Kong. The candidate must ensure that all systems are installed to working capacity and meet operational and safety standards in line with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a point of escalation for complex service issues, ensuring technical solutions are delivered professionally and within agreed timeframes.
- Ensure maintaining accurate records of spare parts in the Company system.
- Optimize the use of tools, spare parts, and time to ensure efficiency.
