Card Product and Journey Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a high-calibre professional to join our team as a Card Product and Journey Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for formulating card product strategy to define distinctive product propositions for target segments and maintaining a leadership position in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement card product strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Work closely with data analytics teams to conduct regular data analysis and identify potential risks and opportunities for business growth
  • Manage and implement card product feature enhancements in response to market landscape changes
  • Drive customer journey enhancements through digitization and collaborate with other business units to develop superior end-to-end customer experiences
  • Participate in new product and digital projects with end-to-end exposure from delivery planning to project commercialization
  • Support day-to-day business tasks including cost control and monitoring, competitor review, and internal compliance and risk stewardship

Requirements

  • Degree holder in relevant disciplines
  • Work experience on credit cards and managing affluent/high-net-worth segments preferred
  • Strong business acumen and project management skills
  • Self-driven with strong drive and positive working attitude
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with critical thinking
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English with good presentation skills
