Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Finance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years of experience in similar roles. The ideal candidate will be proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and possess excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect data and process payments for third-party fund managers in a timely manner.
- Verify invoice calculations for accuracy and compliance.
- Facilitate vendor payments through procurement systems (e.g., Ariba).
- Support Purchase Order creation to ensure adherence to internal policies.
- Prepare schedules and reports for statutory and management purposes.
- Process accounting entries and maintain investment schedules.
- Assist in regulatory filings for financial authorities (e.g., HKSFC, MPFA).
- Compile TPM reports and conduct annual vendor reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure TPM compliance.
- Provide general administrative assistance to the department.
- Coordinate IT support by raising tickets and tracking resolutions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy/Finance, or part-qualified in a professional accounting body (e.g., HKICPA, ACCA).
- At least 5 years of experience in finance/accounting roles. Familiarity with Ariba or similar systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and teamwork.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
