Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage M365 migration projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting project objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to drive project milestones and deliverables.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to meet project requirements.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Communicate project status, issues, and resolutions effectively to key stakeholders and senior management.

Requirements:
  • Degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of project coordination experience, preferably in IT infrastructure; experience in M365 projects would be an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 suite and related technologies.
  • Good understanding of Agile methodology.
  • Good command of English and Cantonese.
