Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the team head in documentation handling, including drafting, reviewing, and checking facility letters and security documents within tight timeframes and in a professional manner.
  • Handle credit limit and collateral monitoring, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Prepare various reports for internal and regulatory requirements, including CBRC and HKMA.
  • Proactively participate in system enhancement projects to improve our credit administration processes.

Requirements:

  • University graduate with a degree in a relevant field, such as banking or law.
  • Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in the banking sector, with a strong understanding of banking products and documentation.
  • Familiarity with PRC laws and regulations, as well as experience with system projects, is highly desirable.
  • Detailed-minded, sound analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and under pressure with a team spirit.
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written, with Putonghua speaking being a must.
