Key Responsibilities

The Financial Markets Strategist will be part of the Asia Flow Vol Equities Strategies team, working closely with the Flow Vol Trading desk. Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Automating manual workflows and improving existing processes, focusing on pricing automation and business metrics.
  • Designing workflow and automation tools for marking pricing inputs (dividend, funding spread, and volatility).
  • Conducting systematic and quantitative analysis of risk and flow of the franchise, driving business decisions and platform design.
  • Developing on-exchange algorithmic trading algorithms for derivatives market taking and market making.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of financial markets, along with strong analytical and programming skills. Previous experience in a sales and trading desk environment and relevant work experience in derivatives are highly desirable.
