Sales Professional

JPC TEXSON LTD is a leading distributor, e-commerce service provider and supplier of unmanned vehicle systems (drones), consumer audio products, and robotic products in Hong Kong.

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Officer to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with customers and retailers, and contribute to the growth of our business through strategic market development.

• Represent our products to retailers and customers, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing prompt information and resolving queries efficiently.
• Develop and execute strategies to explore new market segments and expand our customer base.
• Collaborate with the product, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure seamless order processing and effective after-sales support.

• At least 1 year of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the consumer electronics or high-tech industry.
• Strong knowledge of channel sales principles and practices.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office and English language skills.
• Possess a valid working visa for Hong Kong.
