Job Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement technical strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  2. Gather and prepare outsource applications requirements and execute pre-UAT testing.
  3. Analyze business requirements, system problems, testing standards, and solutions.
  4. Prioritize requirements and communicate system design with key users for review and approval.
  5. Provide leadership on process improvement, new technology applications, and solutions.
  6. Collaborate with developers (in house/outsource) to resolve issues and ensure solutions are viable and consistent.
  7. Conduct training sessions and workshops on new applications.
  8. Prepare routine IT/Security related internal and external reports to the Company and/or Insurance Authority (HK and Macau).
  9. Coordinate BCP plan and drill test.
  10. Prepare Annual IT Plan and Budget.
  11. Coordinate Annual IT Security Penetration Test.
  12. Perform ad-hoc projects.
  13. Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
