About the Role
We are looking for a Senior UI Designer with 4+ years of experience in designing user interface elements, creating visually appealing and consistent designs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- User Research: Conduct thorough research to understand user needs and preferences, including conducting user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Design Solutions: Develop high-quality UX design solutions through low-fidelity wireframes, flow diagrams, and interactive prototypes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the product owner, developer, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, iterate on designs, and ensure successful implementation.
- Usability Testing: Conduct usability tests to evaluate the effectiveness and usability of the design and iterate based on user feedback.
- Documentation: Create design specifications, style guides, and other documentation to communicate design standards and guidelines to the development team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as UX design, graphic design, or interaction design.
- Minimum 4-8 years of relevant experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design work, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
