Lead Quality Improvement Projects

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager, Maintenance and MOD Audit. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in shaping our quality improvement initiatives.

About the Role

In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for leading process improvement projects, conducting audits, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Your expertise in quality management, engineering, and industrial disciplines will enable you to drive excellence throughout our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective audit processes and scoring systems to ensure maintenance quality and modernization standards are met.
  • Assist in company-wide ACE and ISO audits, collaborating with auditors to arrange assessments and certifications.
  • Conduct regular audits on maintenance quality, modernization, and handovers, updating scorecards accordingly.
  • Analyze results with auditees, proposing improvement actions to enhance overall performance.
  • Present findings and recommendations to management, outlining strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Train front-line staff on quality and safety aspects, fostering a culture of ongoing improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably with quality, engineering, or industrial discipline qualifications.
  • At least 5 years of experience in quality and field operations, with a strong background in lift and escalator maintenance preferred.
  • Familiarity with ISO9001 (Quality), ISO14001 (Environmental), ISO45001 (Health & Safety), and ISO50001 (Energy) audits.
  • Experience managing process improvement projects and proficiency in related tooling.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and drive change across regions.
  • Strong analytical, planning, organizing, and interpersonal skills, with excellent communication abilities.
  • Possess teamwork spirit and collaboration skills, with a good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin.
