Job OverviewWe are responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for various building projects. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the project's technical aspects, ensuring that all works are completed within budget and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Design Management: Manage and coordinate the design process, ensuring that all MEP systems are designed to meet the project's requirements.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure integrated design solutions.
- Tendering and Contract Administration: Prepare tender documents, evaluate tenders, and administer contracts for building engineering projects.
- Site Management: Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and monitor installation progress.
- Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve MEP-related issues during design and construction phases.
- A minimum of 2 to 5 years relevant work experience in design and project management for building engineering projects.
- Possess a strong knowledge of building codes and regulations, with specific familiarity with Hong Kong standards.
- Expertise in CAD software, such as AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
- A good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
- An estimated salary range of HKD $80,000 - HKD $120,000 per annum, based on experience.
