Job Summary

We are seeking a Principal Human Factors Consultant to join our team. As a Principal Human Factors Consultant, you will work with environmentally responsible teams who are always pushing research and innovation. You will be responsible for designing and building water infrastructure around the world, protecting water sources, designing water plants, returning wastewater safely to the ecosystem, and finalizing flood defense strategies.

Requirements

• University Degree with honors in Ergonomics/Human Factors;
• Chartered Engineer preferable or equivalent qualifications/experience;
• At least 10 years' post-graduate experience;
• Presentable, self-motivated and willing to actively contribute in all facets of consultancy business development and operation;
• Experience in rail sector, international experience an advantage;
• Experienced in Human Reliability Analysis, Ergonomic Study, THERP, Task and Workload Analysis, HEART, etc.;
• Excellent spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for Senior Consultant grade.
