Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Researcher Officer/Postdoctoral Fellow to join our team at OLAB HK Limited. As a key member of our sports science and innovation lab, you will play a vital role in managing and analyzing sports performance and biomechanics data collected by research-grade equipment.

You will be responsible for developing software solutions for internal research and testing activities as well as sportswear development projects. Your expertise will also be utilized to establish and manage the laboratory database for big data analytics and develop AI-driven algorithms for predicting key biomechanical parameters.

  • Data stream integration from biomechanics equipment for advanced sports performance and sports product testing.
  • Establishment and management of the laboratory database for big data analytics.
  • Development of AI-driven algorithms for predicting key biomechanical parameters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to develop novel analysis methods and digital pipelines to accelerate the development and upgrade of company services and products.
  • Build and maintain a data analysis system, including a database, ready for big data analysis to generate insightful ideas for sports product development.
  • Explore, design, develop, and validate biomechanics analysis and feedback systems at OLAB for its potential consumers or business partners.
