In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all necessary information and documents are collected and processed accurately, reconciling and processing merchant settlement, managing the deployment, installation, and maintenance of POS machines, maintaining accurate records of merchant onboarding and POS machine related operations, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues relating to merchant accounts and POS machines, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations during the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify merchant documentation and set up accounts.
  • Collect and process merchant information and documents.
  • Reconcile and process merchant settlements.
  • Manage POS machine deployment, installation, and maintenance.
  • Keep accurate records of merchant onboarding and POS machine operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve merchant and POS issues.
  • Comply with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Prepare regular MIS reports.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Previous experience in merchant acquiring, POS operations, or similar role.
  • Patient, detail-minded, and customer-oriented.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
