Job Description

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Assistant Facilities Director to lead our facility management team in Hong Kong. You will be responsible for overseeing the operational efficiency, innovation, and collaboration within our existing campus and buildings.

Main Objectives:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive operational excellence, innovation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Designing and recommending effective facility management models that align with our goals.
  • Collaborating with project teams to provide expert guidance on building materials, services, and systems.
  • Maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Preparing annual business plans and budgets, as well as managing resources to achieve cost control objectives.
  • Leading daily facilities operations, including infrastructure, public spaces, main buildings, and auxiliary buildings.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Degree in facilities management, property management, engineering, or surveying, plus relevant certifications in workplace safety.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in facilities management, property management, hospitality, and tourism, particularly in large scale campus management.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, sustainability practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience working in a complex organizational structure.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
