About the Role

The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority is seeking a talented individual to fill the position of Commercial Operations Officer.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the development of the West Kowloon Cultural District. As a Commercial Operations Officer, you will be responsible for:

Handling all tenancy matters and related enquiries efficiently.

Providing leasing administration support to the team, including summarizing, reviewing, and analysing income performance.

Assisting in marketing and leasing activities of upcoming Retail, Dining, and Entertainment (RDE) facilities in the West Kowloon Cultural District.

Conducting market research and analysis to inform business decisions.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A recognized university degree in real estate, business management, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years relevant working experience.
  • Previous exposure to the arts and cultural environment, visitor experience, or tourism sector, with experience in leasing or marketing commercial projects in property developers being an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, specifically MS Office.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
