Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Officer to join our Network Operation Center team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out network surveillance, supporting impact analysis, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out network surveillance for Voice, Broadband, Data, and Cloud platforms
  • Support impact analysis, troubleshooting, and restoration actions to resume service
  • Support network incident management and escalate to supervisory team
  • Attend shift duty to support 24/7 center operation with shift allowance

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Telecommunications, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines
  • Fresh graduate is welcome
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently under minimal supervision
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
