About the Role
The Retail Artist plays a crucial role in achieving sales objectives through exemplary artistry and exceptional customer engagement. By embodying Charlotte Tilbury's philosophy of 'artistry made easy', the Retail Artist serves as a true ambassador for the brand, consistently reflecting its core values.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote the Tilbury Touch and deliver outstanding customer service consistently.
- Assist in maintaining optimal stock levels, including conducting stock counts, ensuring proper rotation, and timely replenishment to guarantee product availability.
- Actively support counter events and new product launches, contributing creative ideas.
- Enhance brand visibility through effective sharing and demonstration of in-depth product knowledge.
Collaboration
- Report directly to the Assistant Business Manager or Business Manager.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in the beauty industry is essential.
- A strong passion for cosmetics is required.
- Possession of makeup certification(s) is advantageous.
- A proactive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and a drive for excellence are vital.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is necessary.
