Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Document Control Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project documents, ensuring compliance with procedures, and providing support to staff members and consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the issuance of incoming and outgoing documents in accordance with project procedures.
  • Ensure all project documents are up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with relevant regulations.
  • Provide training and support to staff members, consultants, and subcontractors on document control procedures and PDMS usage.
  • Collaborate with the document control manager to develop and implement effective document control processes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A higher certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 1 year of experience in handling document control and processing project documents.
  • Strong knowledge of Aconex and document control systems.
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in MS Excel and Chinese word processing.

What We Offer

We offer an attractive salary and fringe benefits package to the successful candidate. This includes a competitive salary range of HKD 40,000 - HKD 60,000 per month, depending on experience.
