About the Position:
We are seeking a seasoned procurement professional to join our team as Senior Procurement Manager for HK Transport Services. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for leading our procurement efforts and developing strategic plans to drive value and efficiency across our rail operations.
- Responsibilities: Lead business partnering engagement with HKTS stakeholders to identify and consolidate procurement opportunities, develop in-depth knowledge of BU objectives and priorities, mobilize P&SC category delivery teams to engage HKTS, achieve business objectives and value-for-money outcomes.
- Deliverables: Oversee end-to-end planning/delivery of procurement and supply chain services to HKTS across a range of business/operation-critical spend categories, formulate and implement category and market engagement strategies, leverage procurement leading practices to drive in-category operational excellence and cross-BU synergies.
**Requirements:**
- Education: University degree in business, procurement, or supply chain management. Masters' degree strongly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in procurement and supply chain roles, with at least 6 years of leadership experience.
- Candidate Profile: Prior experience in rail transportation or infrastructure sectors is highly desirable.
- Skillset: Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and analytical capabilities. Fluency in English required; proficiency in Cantonese/Putonghua an advantage.
