We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to take on the role of Senior Manager of Cybersecurity at Shangri-La Group.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of specialists overseeing all matters related to information security and data protection for the group. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing company-wide policies & procedures for information security and data protection, working closely with IT teams to maintain a secure operating environment, and conducting periodic reviews & audits of IT infrastructure, systems & operations, software applications, vendors, and service providers to ensure compliance with information security policies.
You will also be responsible for managing PCI-DSS and related compliance certification for the group, as well as risk assessment programs targeting information security, data protection, and data privacy matters. Additionally, you will oversee the daily operations of the information security function, including security monitoring, incident handling, and investigation in collaboration with the Security Operations Centers.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree holder, preferably in a relevant discipline, with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in managing information security functions for a sizable company.
