Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for the POS upgrade.
  2. Identify and report defects using JIRA or similar tools.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure a seamless transition to the upgraded POS system.
  4. Provide detailed UAT reports and recommendations for improvements.
Requirements:
  1. 3+ years of experience in UAT, preferably in the insurance industry.
  2. Strong knowledge of POS systems and previous experience with POS testing is preferred.
  3. Familiarity with insurance policy transactions, claims processing, or underwriting workflows.
  4. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
