About Your Company
Our partner is a globally renowned alternative investor that deploys actively in Pan Asia, US, and UK. We are looking for a private equity investment associate to join a team of alternative investment professionals to cover both fund allocation and direct investment.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the full investment lifecycle, from deal sourcing and due diligence to investment structuring and portfolio management.
- Conduct in-depth industry and company research, including financial modeling, market analysis, and competitive assessments.
- Assist in the evaluation of potential investment opportunities, including the development of investment theses and recommendations.
- Support the deal execution process, including the preparation of investment memoranda, coordination with legal and financial advisors, and negotiation of transaction terms.
- Monitor the performance of portfolio companies, identify value creation opportunities, and contribute to ongoing portfolio management initiatives.
- Collaborate with the broader investment team to share insights, ideas, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in private equity with a focus on Pan Asia, US, and UK.
- Candidates from investment banking, audit firms, and consulting firms can be considered.
- Prior experience in financial institutions or fintech would be advantageous.
- Strong network of contacts within the local business and investment community.
- Excellent financial analysis, modeling, and valuation skills.
