Membership Experience Specialist

The Work Project is seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Membership Experience Specialist in Hong Kong.

This role requires someone who embodies the values of The Work Project, including empathy, collaboration, and entrepreneurship. As the first point of contact for members and visitors, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations and delivering exceptional customer service experiences.

About the Role:

  • Manage the front desk, including move-in/move-out processes, to maintain a high level of organization and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and member satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance member experiences and drive engagement.
  • Monitor feedback and suggest improvements to maintain a high level of member satisfaction.

About You:

  • You possess excellent interpersonal skills, with experience in providing exceptional customer service experiences.
  • You are a self-motivated, result-oriented individual with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
  • You have basic experience with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • You are a team player with good communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
