Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as an Athlete III. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in daily store operations and work with the team to achieve sales targets
  • Perform other store operations duties, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist in preventing merchandise loss
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, assisting with tasks such as restocking and cleaning
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • High energy and passion for sports
  • Enjoy learning and pursuing continuous growth
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high productivity
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
