Job Description
We are currently looking for an Account Executive to join our team, responsible for:
- Degree holder
- Proficient in English, Chinese, and Mandarin
- 3+ years work experience in export trading companies
- Knowledge in trading documents, L/C, import & export shipping documents...
- Experience in client servicing/sales/marketing/merchandising or related is preferable
- Ability to build and enhance relationships with customers
- Reporting to the Sales & Operation Manager
- Work in Sales Team of 3-4 members
- Provide professional service to assigned customers in Hong Kong
- Directly handle customers to ensure total customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with suppliers in Mainland China
- Prepare quotations, contracts, and other sales documents
- Ensure daily smooth trading operations and on-time delivery of goods
- Frequent client visits in Hong Kong to enhance relationships
