Key Responsibilities:- Lead Actuarial Analysis: Deliver robust actuarial analysis under various financial reporting measures, managing risks and ensuring timely delivery with high quality.
- Anticipate Stakeholder Needs: Anticipate the needs of relevant stakeholders and propose solutions to various business challenges.
- Process Improvement: Lead positive changes to various processes to enhance team efficiency.
- Business Development: Support business development initiatives for the company to deliver its health business aspiration.
- Actuarial Expertise: University graduate majoring in Actuarial Science or related curriculum.
- Professional Qualifications: Fellow of the Societies of Actuaries or equivalent.
- Leadership Experience: At least 9 years of actuarial working experience with minimum 3 years at managerial level.
- Product Management: With product management experience preferred.
- Strong Skills: Strong negotiation skills, excellence in analytics, solid business and financial acumen, good presentation skills, and excellent spoken and written English and Chinese.
