We are seeking a highly qualified Visiting Assistant Professor to join our Department of Biomedical Engineering at City University of Hong Kong.
Key Responsibilities- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in biomedical engineering, including lectures, tutorials, and laboratory sessions.
- Mentor and supervise students in research projects, providing guidance and support to ensure their academic success.
- Conduct research in biomedical engineering, focusing on areas such as biomedical imaging, and publish research findings in reputable journals.
- Participate in departmental and university service, contributing to curriculum development, and committee work.
To be considered for this position, applicants must have a PhD degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field, with a strong background in biomedical imaging. Postdoctoral training and experience in the areas of magnetic resonance imaging and chemical exchange saturation transfer imaging are highly desirable.
What We OfferThe successful candidate will receive a highly competitive salary, commensurate with qualifications and experience. The terms of appointment will be based on the current visiting remuneration package.
