PrimePeak Group is seeking an experienced Senior Manager / Director for Tech Risk / Cyber Security.

This role is critical in ensuring our company's IT infrastructure, cybersecurity frameworks, and digital transformation initiatives are aligned with regulatory standards and best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategy to assess technology risks, IT governance, cybersecurity, and IT compliance.
  • Lead risk-based assessments, ensuring compliance with MAS, GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST, and other regulatory frameworks.
  • Provide independent assurance on the effectiveness of IT risk management and internal control systems.
  • Evaluate IT security controls, data protection measures, and cyber resilience frameworks.
  • Assess cloud computing, system development lifecycles (SDLC), DevSecOps, and third-party risk management.
  • Monitor and advise on emerging technology risks, including AI, blockchain, and digital banking.
  • Identify control weaknesses, operational inefficiencies, and areas for process improvement.
  • Prepare and present audit findings, risk assessments, and remediation plans to senior management and the audit committee.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, technology risk management (TRM) guidelines, and data privacy laws.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on IT policies, frameworks, and control enhancements.

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years of IT audit, technology risk, or cybersecurity experience, preferably in financial services, insurance, or multinational corporations.
  • Expertise in IT governance, cybersecurity frameworks, cloud security, and digital transformation risks.
  • Hands-on experience in IT risk assessment, penetration testing reviews, and data analytics for audit.
