Salary: HKD 1,500,000 - HKD 2,000,000 per annum

Job Description: As Head of Ultra HNW Sales Development in Brokerage Business, you will lead the high net worth (HNW) sales team in brokerage channels, focusing on international brokers and bank brokers segments. Your key responsibilities include driving sales growth, identifying business opportunities, establishing new relationships, and collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, at least 15 years of working experience in HNW segment, and good understanding of insurance company operations and culture. You should also have life insurance front-line sales experience, in-depth knowledge of HNW business, and proven record of serving in the international broker and/or private bank insurance sector.
