**Job Summary**

China Mobile International Limited is seeking a highly skilled Event & Public Relations Executive to join our team. As a key member of our marketing and public relations department, you will be responsible for organizing local and international events, implementing digital and offline marketing campaigns, and providing administrative support to the team.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist in planning and executing local and international events, including conferences, seminars, customer networking events, exhibitions, and other corporate events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and event promotions.
  • Support the design and production of branding and promotion marketing materials, including advertisements, corporate presentation materials, brochures, and electronic direct mail (EDM).
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing and public relations team, including data entry, research, and other tasks as needed.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of the company's website, including content updates and user experience (UX) improvements.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in event organizing, event management, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field, such as marketing, communications, or business administration.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing principles, including digital marketing, social media marketing, and event marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
  • Proactive and flexible, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
