Windsurfing Instructor

The Part-time Windsurfing Coach will be responsible for implementing training programs for elite athletes in Hong Kong. The coach will work closely with the Head Windsurfing Coach and other coaches to design and deliver training sessions that enhance athlete performance.

• To develop and implement comprehensive training plans for elite athletes;
• To integrate scientific, medical, and other athlete support services into the elite training program;
• To monitor athlete performance through regular assessment and evaluation;

• A university degree or post-secondary certificate/diploma in sports-related fields;
• A valid coaching certificate issued by the relevant governing body;
• A valid Pleasure Vessel Operator Certificate;
• A minimum of 2 years of professional coaching experience;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Awareness/knowledge of Child Protection in sport and equal opportunity issues in the context of Hong Kong are an added advantage.
