Job Description

We are looking for a talented professional to manage the entire spectrum of IT operations, including retail store systems, CRM, POS, SAP, help desk support, and online platforms.

  • Implement and manage IT projects across all retail locations.
  • Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of SAP, CRM, and POS systems.
  • Ensure the stability, scalability, and security of IT systems, including retail store technology, data analytics, and online shopping platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP, CRM systems, POS systems, and other retail-related IT platforms.
  • Experience in the retail industry is a must.
  • Good knowledge of retailing projects and business processes.
