About the Role
- As a key member of our team, you will engage with customers to define clinical and workflow requirements for new product/feature development, representing the Voice of Customer in the product development cycle.
- You will work closely with field and medical personnel to establish benchmarks for evaluating the clinical performance of products/features.
- Familiarity with business unit products and related clinical workflows is essential, as well as knowledge of competitive product offerings in different geographies.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising on data interpretation from customers, providing insights and recommendations, and assisting the team to identify future product opportunities.
- Owning pre-defined tasks within larger efforts such as user needs, feature definition, and design validation, driving them to timely and high-quality completion.
- Developing and directing pre-clinical evaluation protocols, data analysis, and reports.
- Reporting significant progress and final findings of projects to management and product development staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in biomedical, mechanical, electrical, or similar engineering field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Minimum 6 years of progressively more responsible work experience in clinical medical device experience or equivalent, ideally with cardiac medical devices.
- Demonstrated ability to apply understanding of clinical application to issues in order to bring tasks to resolution within assigned projects.
