Supervisor at TMK Rap

We're seeking a charismatic Supervisor to join our team at TMK Rap, a hip-hop inspired branch of our temakeria in Wan Chai. As a Supervisor, you will oversee employees during your shift, ensuring they complete tasks and work effectively. You will serve as a reference point for employees and customers, addressing any issues that arise. Your goal is to make guests feel welcome and attend to their requests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage guest needs and enhance guest satisfaction
• Ensure all company standards are met during service
• Lead a team to ensure smooth set up of the restaurant before and after shifts
• Lead fellow floor staff under the direction of management

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Server
• Positive attitude with a teamwork mindset
• Sense of responsibility within your role
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Fluency in English is a must, other languages are advantageous
• Experience working in hospitality is beneficial
