IT Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT Analyst - Support to join our team at Peoplebank. As a key member of our IT department, you will provide technical support and assistance to our clients, ensuring they receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to local and central telephone helpline, support tickets, and email, assessing problems and offering assistance.
• Provide application support for both local installations and Citrix-based applications.
• Assemble, install, configure, test, image, troubleshoot, and repair hardware and peripherals.
• Provide assistance and advice on technology allowance purchases for attorneys.
• Support, troubleshoot, and repair laptops and desktops.
• Assist with remote site access and Firm's audio visual setup requirements.
• Maintain data room components, data closets, and troubleshoot networking issues.
• Support all personnel adds, moves, and changes.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of specialized technical training and three years of previous related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of current technology applications, hardware, and software.
• Effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work well in a demanding and fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
