Job Title: Gen AI Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Gen AI Business Analyst to join our team at Pinpoint Asia. As a key member of our digital transformation team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and innovation through the effective application of Gen AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, translating them into technical specifications for Gen AI and digital technology solutions.
  • Solution Design: Work closely with development teams to design and implement Gen AI-driven solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage projects from inception to delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to identify trends, generate insights, and make informed recommendations to enhance business processes and customer experiences.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business units and IT, facilitating effective communication and ensuring stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, proposing innovative solutions to improve digital capabilities and competitive advantage.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring successful adoption and utilization of new technologies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Around 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a consultancy or insurance environment.
  • Strong understanding of Gen AI technologies and their application, and use cases in the insurance industry.
  • Proven experience in project management and data analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with exploring Gen AI use cases and ideally having worked on prototypes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Chinese (Cantonese) and English.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., SQL, Python, AI frameworks, project management tools).
