Job Summary

The Service team at Johnson Controls delivers innovative maintenance and service solutions to a wide customer base across all industry segments for HVAC systems. As a Senior Service Engineer, you will be part of a growing team of HVAC technicians maintaining and supporting customer's facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide our customers with the highest level of service to solve building inefficiencies and resolve service-related items.
  • As a trusted advisor to our customers, you will provide solutions and outcomes at the time of service.
  • Supervise a team to provide support in retrofit work, testing and commissioning, installation, service, and maintenance works, including hardware, software, and trouble-shooting projects.
  • Ensure quality of work to the satisfaction of the customer and meet the agreed statement and quality standard.
  • Coordinate all site works, including those performed by subcontractors, to ensure compliance with requirements.
  • Prepare maintenance and retrofit proposals and tenders.
  • Maintain good relationships with customers.
  • Provide recommendations and solutions to ensure facilities are running efficiently, including upselling opportunities.
  • Support proposals to support recommendations and solutions.

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or Degree in Building Service/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • 2 to 3 years' relevant experience.
  • Effective interpersonal, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Good problem-solving techniques, organizing, and planning ability.
  • Good spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Independent and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Willing to work on site in various locations.
