We are seeking an experienced Fund House Investment Professional to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for capturing client opportunities across intermediaries, financial institutions, and family offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture client opportunities and execute client and business development plans across business segments
  • Develop strong relationships with prospect investors and regularly engage them on firm's products and business initiatives
  • Assist throughout the sales process from early-stage engagements to onboarding and liaising with internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to strategic and ad-hoc business projects as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin fluency is a must)
  • At least 5-8 years of experience in business development roles in the asset management, wealth management, or financial services industry
  • Customer-focused, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Independent with strong problem-solving skills and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
